Imaginative Use for CCTV

The UK surveillance state was put to good commercial use by local rock band The Get Out Clause, as reported on slashdot. Check it out and be sure to follow the link to the original Telegraph story and watch the video.  It’s pretty cool.

    Nothing like sweet-sounding young rock musicians to glamorize a medium! They make a whole new kind of chic out of the various color, tone and distortion effects of the cameras. The UK gov’t installing the cameras and fighting a PR war as a result should give them a nice little thank-you gift.
