The one-day symposium at the historic Hilton Chicago will feature Al Shaffer, Director, Plans and Programs, Defense Research and Engineering, U.S. Department of Defense; Tarique Ghaffur, Assistant Commissioner of the London Metropolitan Police; Brian Dubrie, Science & Innovation Program Manager, Office for Security and Counter Terrorism, Home Office; and Jonathan Hoyle, Minister (Defense Material), UK Ministry of Defense Official, British Embassy, Washington DC.
