AT&T Wireless store doubles as funeral parlor

Walked into an AT&T wireless store to look at an iPhone and the negative energy was remarkable.  No smiles.  Half a dozen dejected and sometimes distraught customers at their wits end with service problems. Somber, almost ashen sales people.
